Standard birthday parties at Funtopia last 2 hours, which also includes the parents’ stay in the Climb Bar area.

1. What’s included in the birthday package:
   – Access to attractions according to the chosen package 
   – Rental of the party area according to the chosen package 
   – Kids’ menu
2. What’s not included in the birthday package:
   – Cake (you can choose one from our catalog)
   – Additional services such as animators, facilitators, photographers, themed programs, piñatas, extra time on attractions, etc. Extra attraction time is only available if the zones are not busy
   – Catering and drinks for parents
3. Bringing outside food, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages is not allowed. If you bring your own cake, a fee of 18 BGN | 9.20 EUR applies, and a quality certificate for the cake must be provided.
4. Cake orders must be placed at least 4 days in advance at [email protected].
5. More than one party or event may take place at the same time.
6. Please respect the scheduled start and end times of the party. Arrive 15 minutes early to register. This helps ensure comfort for you and the guests before and after the event. No compensation will be offered for late starts caused by the client.
7. Upon arrival at Funtopia, you must present a correctly completed and signed “Declaration” with details for all participants who will use the attractions. If this declaration has not been completed beforehand, you will be asked to fill it out on site, which may delay entry to the activity zones. Funtopia is not responsible for any delays or offers compensation if the declaration is not submitted in advance.
8. If the advance payment is not made within 48 hours of booking, the reserved date will be released. The advance payment is 50% of the total package cost, but no less than 200 BGN | 102.26 EUR.
9. Full payment is due after the party concludes. Birthday packages and any additional attraction time (if applicable) are paid at the Climb Bar, with the advance payment deducted from the total. Catering, drinks for parents, cake, extra consumption by children (if any), and additional services (animator, photographer, themed programs, piñata) are also paid at the Climb Bar.
10. Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. However, you can apply the amount toward other services offered at the center within one month of the original party date.
11. We recommend finalizing all party details at least 5 business days before the event. The center cannot guarantee that last-minute changes will be accommodated.
12. Please take responsibility for your personal belongings. The center is not liable for any lost or damaged items.
