General Safety Rules

Before using the equipment at Funtopia, please carefully familiarize yourself with the rules you must strictly follow for your safety:

  1. Registration Requirement:
Before entering the play areas, you must register. Registration can be done through our website http://varna.funtopiaworld.com or on-site at Funtopia.

  2. Safety Briefing:
It is a prerequisite to watch an up to 10-minute safety video and sign an Informed Consent Declaration before using the equipment. You can familiarize yourself with the safety rules on the Funtopia website or on the informational signs at the center. For individuals under 16 years of age, the Informed Consent Declaration must be signed by a parent/guardian or an authorized adult representative, who will ensure that the minor understands the rules at Funtopia.

  3. Compliance with Safety Rules:
Compliance with the safety rules and the instructions from the staff at Funtopia is mandatory while on the premises. Using the equipment involves certain risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury (such as broken limbs, bruises, abrasions, etc.) or fatal consequences due to slipping, tripping, falling from height, contact with equipment or other visitors, and failure to follow safety rules may significantly increase the risk of these dangers.

  4. Parental/Guardian Responsibility:
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that the children they accompany are familiar with and adhere to the safety rules in an appropriate and understandable manner. Parents must supervise their children directly, regardless of the fact that our assistants are monitoring the rule compliance within the center during your visit.

  5. Voluntary Use at Your Own Risk:
Using the zones is voluntary and at your own risk. The equipment can be used independently by each customer after watching the safety briefing and understanding the rules. The staff monitors the adherence to safety rules, but does not supervise each individual visitor.

  6. Proper Equipment:
In cases where equipment is required, you may only use the facilities after the trained staff at Funtopia confirms it is properly put on.

Please remove all jewelry, watches, and other loose items. Check and empty your pockets.

  8. Behavioral Guidelines:
Running or engaging in abrupt movements that could endanger your own safety or that of others in the center is prohibited. Please be considerate of other visitors at Funtopia. If you notice any behavior that endangers yourself or others, please immediately inform a staff member.

Entering the zones with chewing gum, food, drinks, in an intoxicated or emotionally unstable state, or under the influence of drugs is not permitted.

  10. Rest Areas:
Do not sit or lie down in the play areas. If you need a break, exit the area and use the designated rest areas.

We do not recommend using the facilities if you are pregnant, have medical conditions, or suffer from acute or chronic illnesses that create or increase the risk of injury.

  12. Personal Belongings:
Be responsible for your personal belongings. The center is not liable for any lost or damaged items.

  13. Failure to Follow Rules:
If you fail to follow safety instructions, engage in aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or wear unsuitable clothing, you will be asked to leave the area. The decision of the center staff is final.

  14. No Refunds for Early Departure:
If you are asked to leave an area or if you stop your visit early, the entrance fees will not be refunded, and the center does not owe compensation for the unused time.
